June 6th: 9:30 – 12:30 – Vampire Bat (AKA – Bat Girl) This month we’re continuing our Halloween Tree Series with Bat Girl. We’re going to do a new technique with the wings, and a sparkly background. June 9th – 20th: Designs by Petei Trunk Show Petei is best known for her distinctive small Santas and her “Petei People”. Then for September’s class, we’ll be introducing a new Halloween designer. So what will the last Rebecca canvas be? A witch’s hat, a howling black cat or a hairy black widow spider? Check back to see – the class members are going to vote during the Bat Girl class in June… August 15th: All Day - It’s Hot Outside Stitch-In! It’s August – need I say more?!? So where better to be than stitching at the shop while sipping on cool libations? We’ll provide the libations and something to nibble. You bring a project to work on, enjoy the companionship and the air conditioning! August 22nd: 9:20 – 12:30 – Chief Running Bear This is the 3rd installment in our Thanksgiving Series. I own tons of patterns – I just never seem to have time to stitch them! If that sounds familiar, then this is the perfect class for you! All that’s required is a fat quarter of lightweight fabric and a couple of hours of your time. (For those who feel like stitching, we’ll do some embellishing too.) Cross Stitch News: Dinky Dyes has 3 new releases for March – from the Cat’s Whiskers comes a lovely new design called Fruits of the Harvest, a stitching roll and accessories. The chart comes with full finishing instructions and alphabet. Lizzie Kate is releasing their next automatic shipment in early April. Let me know if you want any of these so I can make sure we order enough. Just Nan will begin shipping our Harmony Samplers and Harmony Monogram Tins on Monday, March 16th.
